BMZ in CoxsBazar currently practices to capture project progress in output delivery on excel based MIS for this purpose.
In those projects, frontline staff collect data by using a hand-written form and free online data collection platform like KoBo.
Then data are compiled and reported to Country Office.
Throughout the process, we face different challenges.
In order to mitigate the challenges and obtain real-time data for prompt management decisions, we propose to establish a digital MIS.
